Fast Shipping - There are many Types of shipping methods, UPS
and Fed Ex from ground to overnight mail. Also available is USPS, we
always ship out customers order within 48 hours (excludes weekend and
holidays) when applicable. Warranty - All parts carry 1 year parts and labor warranty from Circo or you can also take advantage of manufacturer's Extended warranty whenever possible. If you have just placed an order...
We do not "Ghost Sale" any product.
If we put an item for sale, it would be in our warehouse & ready to go or
confirm by the mfg's warehouse as in stock.
Thus, With the exceptions of MODs, almost all orders are ship out the same
day or the following day. We're proud to say that if we receive the order in
the morning, 96% of such orders are shipped in the same afternoon. Other
than systems, Special Previews, or Special MODs that may require more time
for labor hours, we will make sure that orders are shipped with 48 working
hours. Even with the recent popular Case MODs, we are still wanting to do
so. For the few MODs that will take more time to process, we do want to
apologize first here for the delay. Please check the available Status info
right above the Product Price. Regardless, THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT WE ALWAYS
GIVE OUR BEST EFFORTS SO THAT YOUR ORDERs ARE SHIPPED WITH 48 WORKING HOURS
FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. Plus, Return Customers always get priority shipping.
Rule of Thumb: If shipping by Ground, we recommend that you place the order
10 Working Days ahead of your due date (to allow for order process, credit
card verification, Installations, and shipping transit time).
If you need to cancel an order, PLEASE CALL in Person to cancel your order.
If there is a Return issue, PLEASE CALL in Person.
We ship out from California. Usually UPS Ground take about 5 workings
days to the East coast. Typically, Less time is needed if shipping to the
Mountain time and Central time states. Please note UPS does not count
weekends, or Holidays as working transit days (i.e. When your order
late in Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday will not be counted as
shipping days).
If we require further assistance to process the order, we will contact you
by phone or by e-mail (usually by PHONE). This usually happens when we're
shipping the order to an address other than the billing address and couldn't
verify the shipping address with the credit card company, other credit card
problems, incorrect shipping address, or if there is very sudden inventory
change. In any event, we will try to contact you the best way possible to
resolve the issue. Shipping to an address other than the billing address
will add to the turn around time of the order as we do verify both the
billing and shipping address with the credit card company.
We ship using both UPS and DHL Service for the same Shipping rate
interchangeably. It allows for a second chance pickup and a better
opportunity for same day shipping. However, if you would prefer one carrier
over another, please indicate in the Comment field of the check-out shopping
cart.
A Confirmation E-Mail with Tracking# will also be sent to you when your
shipment is made. If you choose UPS, the e-mail will come from
pkgs@ups.com. If DHL Air, then e-mail notice will come from DHL.com.
If Fedex, then Fedex.com.

OEM CPU carries 30day warranty. Retail CPU carries one year warranty.
Due to the wide array of computer hardware and/or software available
(legacy and/or present), we are not able to claim or guarantee
compatibility.
All other products carry at least a one year parts and labor warranty.
There is a 15% Re-Stocking Fee within 30days. We are unable to cross-ship.
Please ship return packages insured, well packed, and shipping pre-paid. COD
shipment will be refused. We're not responsible for damages during transit
of your returns. Thus, please pack your returns well to avoid further
complication and delays. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING CHARGE. Once the
order is placed, you will had agreed to the term and conition of the order
(i.e. cost, availablity, shipping cost). We're responsible for insurance and
Ground shipping charges when shipping back to you.
We're not responsible for typos or any as such errors (human or computing).
Price and availability are subject change due to market fluctuation without
prior notice.
